Couch to 30k cycling course

Any person looking to try a new hobby or return to cycling are invited to Kilbehenny Cycling Club on 26th March. We are running a couch to 30k cycling course for anyone interested. The course will run over 4 weeks and will be led by club members. Cycling is an easy exercise which suits all ages, come along to try, meet new friends and enjoy our lovely countryside at an easy, relaxed pace.
