A special thanks from Meals on Wheels, Fermoy!
Fermoy Golf Club recently held a fundraiser for the Fermoy Meals on Wheels service. The proceeds of the fundraiser were then topped up by Fermoy Golf Club amounting to a very generous €1,000 donation. Meals on Wheels would like to thank Fermoy Golf Club and all its members for giving so generously to this cause.
100% of the funding will go towards supporting the Meals on Wheels service in Fermoy. The service which is run out of Fermoy Community Resource Centre is supported by the great work of Community Employment Scheme Participants and Volunteers who help in meal preparation and delivery of dinners. The service which is one of the biggest in Cork, covers from Rathcormac, Castlelyons, Fermoy Town, Kilworth and Glanworth.
