DRAMA IN BALLINDANGAN
The Ballindangan Players are back rehearsing for their production of ‘Ladies of Spirit’ which was halted in March 2020 due to the pandemic.
This play, a comedy, is set in in the staff room of a girl’s school in 1960’s, features an all-female cast of nine and is directed by Tim Dunne. Performance dates are March 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th and 27th.
Beneficiary from the opening night 23rd March is Jer Spillane, a great friend of the group who is dealing with a diagnosis of Motor Neurone Disease. ‘CASH FOR CLOTHES’ FUNDRAISER
The ‘Cash For Clothes’ collection at Ballindangan National School is Friday, 29th April at 10am. We accept all clothing, handbags, belts and all paired shoes. We also accept curtains, bed linen, towels, blankets, and soft toys - no pillows or duvets. We will take donations by appointment before this date. SCRAP METAL COLLECTION
Ballindangan Community Council and the Parents Association of Ballindangan NS wish to thank everyone who donated all types of scrap metal for their recent fundraiser. The efforts by and generosity of people both within and outside the community are really appreciated and will make a difference to the Community and the Parents Association.

The group meets on Friday mornings in Ballindangan Hall from 12-1.30pm. All welcome. €3 per family.
