With the season now nearing full commenceme­nt can you please make sure the playing fields are booked well in advance for training and matches.

FIXTURES

Monday 21st U15 football Div 2/3 Cois Bhride v An Ghaeltacht at 6pm in Tallow. Wednesday, 23rd U13 Football Div 2/3 St Mollerans v Cois Bhride 7.30pm in St Mollerans GAA pitch.

OFF THE FIELD

Well done to Darragh Mulcahy for coming 2nd in the novice category at the recent Cork Running Championsh­ip race in Castlelyon­s over 4 miles. Keep up the good work Darragh. Also, a big round of applause to Tomas McCarthy who ran a very successful Spinathon in aid of the Red Cross Appeal for Ukraine.

DEFIBRILLA­TOR TRAINING

Please contact Joanne Hickey if you want to receive this training. Next training session is Wednesday, 23rd March from 7 to 9 in the clubhouse.

SENIOR LEAGUE

We have 2 home games coming up in the senior league. Round 1 Tallow v Fourmilewa­ter Saturday, 9th April at 4 in Tallow. Round 2 Tallow v Abbeyside on Friday, 15th April at 4 in Tallow.

NED POWER TOURNAMENT

Friday night 25th March is the last night of the Ned Power U11 ground hurling in-house all-weather Tournament. Games will start at 6 on the astroturf. See Cois Bhríde notes for details.

NATIONAL LEAGUE

Best of luck to Ian Beecher and the Waterford panel when they play Wexford in the semi-final of the national league this weekend. Hope to see as many as possible make the journey to support.
