Our playing fields

-

Please make sure the playing fields are booked well in advance for training and matches.

Our seniors had their first game of the year when they played Cappoquin last Sunday morning in a friendly in Tallow. Both teams had good numbers togged out and both sets of teams emptied their benches for all players to get good game time.

It was sad to read recently about all the damage carried out at the Lismore playing facilities. They have spent well in recent years and for this to happen is so unfortunate for them.

When this happened in Tallow and anti-social behaviour was happening the local Garda did highlight if you see anybody in the fields that shouldn’t be there, to not confront them but to highlight the issue to the Garda and they will send a car out to investigate.
