Condolences

-

We extend our deepest sympathies to the families of 3 former officers of Lismore Golf Club who passed away recently. Tim Hegarty was president in 1970. Our club was a par 3 course then and we had a marvellous wooden club house. Tim did not play golf but enjoyed the social life among the members. Percy Hallahan was president in 1980 and enjoyed the company of his many friends from Aglish. Michael Leonard was captain in 1984, a great character who was loved by the members. Because of the work put into the club by these men we now have a club that we are all proud of. May they rest in peace.
