T.O. Park to host truck run

A VITAL FUNDRAISER FOR UKRAINE

-

Yes folks, on Easter bank holiday Monday, April 18th, we will host the region’s first ever big truck run. All the proceeds will go to the Red Cross, who are doing Trojan work to help people in dire conditions in war torn Ukraine.

Registration will take place from 11am onwards. Entry is €25 per truck. The run will kick-off at 12.30. A lovely route will be in place.

All trucks, big, small, old, new and vintage are welcome. For the catering please text or call any of these two numbers Deci 0864005727 or T.O. 086-8272761, saying if you are coming and with how many trucks.

You don’t have to have a truck to come. We want you all, young and not so young, to be there for this unusual spectacle and to put some bobs in the buckets. It will be a fun day out too, with tea and refreshments for all.

Come on, be there, let’s do it for the poor people of Ukraine. Let’s make it a convoy from Labbamologga to Ballylanders. Our Eircode is V35E895. We are just four miles from Mitchelstown, just off the Kilfinane/Kilmallock road.

SUNDAY AFTERNOON DANCING

Back in our new hall this Sunday, April 10th at 2.30pm. We have the fabulous Michael O’Brien and Philomena. Last summer they rocked the Park on their first visit. Entry is only €10. There will be a raffle and tea will be served free of charge. Be there to test out our new hall, which is the talk of the town. You will love it.

WEDDING OF THE YEAR

This Saturday our nearest neighbours Greg and Laura will tie the knot in lovely Ballyorgan. They will then head to Limerick city to celebrate their big day. Day two of their big event will be at T.O. Park.

All at the park are greatly honoured that these two wonderful people, neighbours from heaven as one local put it, have chosen the park to continue the celebrations.

All will be ready for them, indeed very ready. They will be welcomed to our beautifully renovated and extended hall which is already hitting the headlines as one of the most unique and special halls in the country. A fitting venue then to welcome such a special couple and their entourage.

Greg and Laura, the park salutes you both and all join in wishing you the very best for now and always. Ye are simply the best and your wedding is our top event of the year so far.
