GENTS RESULTS SPRING LEAGUE 2019 / 2020 SEMI-FINALS

Congratulations to Patrick Enright’s and John Boyle’s teams on winning their semi-final matches. They now contest the final on Easter Sunday at 1pm. Best of luck to all players involved.

GENTS FIXTURES

12 hole singles stableford 2/3 course handicap. Winter rules apply. Entry fee €5. This competition will finish Thursday, 14th April.

SPRING LEAGUE QUALIFIER 2022

Continues to May 29th. 12 holes singles stableford. (2/3 of course handicap). Play 5 cards and best 3 cards to count. Entry fee is €10 on playing first card. Top 40 players qualify. (8 teams of five players).

EASTER WEEKEND SCRAMBLE

18 hole / 3 person team /any combination scramble will run from Friday, April 15th until Easter Monday. Last card 2pm

on Monday. LADIES FIXTURES

Easter Lamb competition will run until Friday, 15th April. This competition is 9 hole singles Stableford. Many thanks to Noreen Roche and Ellen Walsh for sponsoring this competition.

SPRING LEAGUE

Spring League qualifying continues until Sunday, 24th April. 9 holes singles stableford. Full 9 hole course handicap. (No percentage deduction).

Play as often as you wish until Sunday, 26th April. Entry fee €10 on playing first card. Minimum of 4 cards required to be eligible for qualification. The total of a player’s best 3 cards to count.

5K FUN RUN/WALK

This will be held on Saturday, 16th April at 12 midday. Registration will take place in the clubhouse from 11am to 11.45pm. Entry Fee €20 per family / €10 per adult / €5 per child. Race starting at 12 sharp. Refreshments will be served in the clubhouse after the event.

For anyone that cannot attend, a donation box has been placed at the clubhouse bar. Every donation big or small would be very much appreciated.

All proceeds generated will go entirely to enhancing the Junior Academy programme which will include new equipment purchases. (Alignment sticks, chipping nets and various golf equipment).

CLUB DEVELOPMENT

FUNDRAISER BEALTAINE GOLF CLASSIC 29TH APRIL TO 2ND MAY

The golf classic will be held over the May bank holiday weekend from Friday to Monday. This is a fundraising event to raise funding for ongoing development and course improvements. This project will benefit all members and visitors. To ensure that this fundraiser is as successful as possible we would be grateful if you could support us by either sponsoring a team at a cost of €100 (includes a meal), sponsor a tee for €100 or sponsor a green for €50. A special thank you to our main sponsor, John Curran and Sons, Construction Ltd.
