On Sunday 10th April, Conna Handball Club hosted the All-Ireland final in the 4 Wall U16/17 team.

Having defeated Tipperary in the Munster final, Cork now faced Kilkenny who provided stiff opposition. Following two hard fought doubles games in which every ace counted, the Kilkenny team narrowly took the win on a scoreline of 54-41.

Well done to all, particularly the Cork team which consisted of Colin Brosnan (Ballydesmond HC), Nathan Sheehan (Conna HC), Jack Keating and Fionn Fitzgerald (both Glenville HC) and their trainer Batt Sheehan.
