Ukraine cycle postponed for Kildorrery duo
Kildorrery cycling duo Annie and Eddie Quinn are parked up for the moment, as their planned cross-country cycle is on hold after a minor injury was sustained by Eddie.
The pair were due to set off on Wednesday of this week on a 1,000+ kilometre cycle to raise funds for Ukraine, travelling up the west coast of Ireland, and with a planned return trip via Waterford back home to north Cork.
After pulling a calf muscle, Mr Quinn won’t be in a position to take to the saddle just yet and their effort will now be postponed for a few weeks. Details of when the couple will embark on their cycle will be announced presently.
