Wellness Wednesday
Throughout the months of January, February and March as part of our ‘Wellness Wednesday’ initiative, pupils in Glenahulla National School took part in activities promoting good mental health education and well-being in children.
This was a continuation of the great work done last year in promoting positive well-being as part of the ‘Amber Flag’ process, which we were successful in obtaining.
This year all children engaged in the Cycle Against Suicide ‘Mind Me - Mind You’ programme which fosters the creation of healthy relationships, personal development and skills central to maintaining future health and well-being.
We all need to look out for each other and mind our own mental health.
