U17 REPORT
Our last two football games were against Doneraile and St Kevins. Both games were of a high standard where we won against Doneraile on a scoreline of 8-08 to Doneraile’s 5-06. Unfortunately St.
Kevin’s got the upper hand in the first half of our encounter going into the break with a 10 point lead. However the boys fought back and were very unlucky not to convert a few goals in the dying minutes. Final score Kildorrery 1-10 to St Kevin’s 4-06.
Our last two games in hurling were versus St Dominics and Newmarket. Both games were thrillers with unbelievable performances put in by all sides. We ran out winners vs Newmarket on a score of 2-20 to Newmarket’s 3-14. Our game vs St Dominic’s ended in a one point win for the opposition. Final score Kildorrery 2-11 to St Dominic’s 1-15. Our hurling game vs St Kevin’s this coming Friday 13th has been cancelled. Our next fixture will be football vs Newmarket on Friday, 20th May at 7pm in Newmarket.
