Gardaí seize car in Fermoy

Gardaí on patrol in Fermoy seized a vehicle on Tuesday in the town.

Using a special mobility device, Gardaí scanned the vehicle’s registration plate. Immediately, it was discovered that the car was not insured and had no NCT or motor tax in effect.

“The car was seized and will be returned when everything is as it should be,” a Garda spokesperson said. “Please ensure that your vehicle is roadworthy and all your documentation is up-to-date before taking to the road, or you could end up paying for it later.”
