Congratulations to Michael

Huge congratulations to Michael Donovan and the Limerick senior football panel and management on their victory over Tipperary last Saturday evening in Thurles.

Limerick advance to the Munster senior football final and they will take on Kerry on May 28th in Killarney.

SENIOR FOOTBALL

Galbally played Ballylanders in the Senior South league last Friday evening. Galbally came away with a victory with a final scoreline Galbally 2-10 Ballylanders 1-11.

Team - P Morrissey, C Flynn, P Dwyer, R Tobin, J O’Mullane, R Sampson, D O’Shea, K Hickey, C Sheehan. G Quinlan, G McCarthy, E Sheehan, Jordan Dineen, Josh Dineen. Subs: E O’Mahony, F Cussen, J Donovan, B Heavey and M O’Dwyer.

Galbally will play Ballylanders in the south semi-final on Tuesday, 24th May in Kilfinane at 7pm.

JUNIOR FOOTBALL

Galbally will play Mungret St Pauls in the next round of the South Junior A football league. The game has been scheduled for this Friday, May 19th in Mungret at 7.30pm.

MUNSTER SENIOR HURLING CHAMPIONSHIP

Congratulations to the Limerick Senior hurlers on another super performance in Ennis last Sunday afternoon. Limerick progress to the Munster final, playing Clare on Sunday, June 5th in Thurles.
