Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 27th, 28th and 29th May. Four person team, any combination, better ball, 2 scores to count on every hole. We all look forward to our next Open Day which is being very kindly sponsored by Dermot O’Brien, O’Brien Pharmacy, The Square, Cahir. Always a good day with generous prizes, the competition is a threeball Champagne Scramble. Entry fee is €6 for members and €15 for visitors, maximum handicap index 36 and bookings by BRS.

Our ABP Open Singles Qualifier continues weekly. The results from Tuesday, 10th May to Thursday, 12th May were as follows:
Category 1: Brian Frazer (5) 40 pts. Category 2: Cormac Maher (13) 41 pts. Category 3: Patrick Hickey (18) 42pts. Category 4: Stuart Ryan (24) 38 pts. From Friday, 6th May to Sunday, 8th May we held a 18 Hole Open Singles v Par. The results were as follows: winner: Niall McKenna (12) 6 Up. Second: Brendan Halpin (17) 5 Up (B9). Gross: Jack White (1) 1 Down. Third: Michael Hickey (11) 5 Up.
