‘Ye Vagabonds’ and ‘Soda Blonde’ will play in The Community Centre, Tallow on Friday, April 14th at 7.30pm. All proceeds in aid of the victims of the recent earthquake in Turkey/Syria.

Since opening its doors in 1954 the Arch Ballroom/Community Centre in Tallow has played host to many many an evening’s entertainment which would more that hold its own with any stage performances worldwide.

On Friday, April 14th this famous venue will once again proudly present a concert of music and song from two of the most popular groups on the scene at present namely ‘Ye Vagabonds’ and ‘Soda Blonde’.

This is one event most definitely not to be missed. Tickets are limited so early booking is advisable.

As previously mentioned, all funds raised will go directly to the humanitarian groups working on the ground with the people directly affected by the earthquake tragedy. No middlemen or expenses involved. We have direct access to the people concerned who carry out the humanitarian work.

This is a call for all of us to come together once again and support our fellow human beings. A message received only yesterday from our friend Caoimhe Butterly, who is working in those affected regions stated that they had run out of food to feed 2,000 displaced people in that little area alone. Help is urgently needed, so we encourage you to support this event.

Anyone who is unable to attend but would like to donate can do so using the following details: Account no. IE61AIBK93418618031092 or by post or in person to Oonagh at the Health Centre, Convent St. Tallow. Contact 087-2299259 between 5-7pm.

Tickets are €50 plus €4.60 booking fee and can be purchased online from www.eventbrite.com. More on this amazing event in the coming weeks.
