Looking forward to the season ahead
A huge thank you to all who ventured out to support the club’s fundraising table quiz on Saturday, 11th March, in the Big Tree in Aghern. It was fantastic to see the venue packed to capacity and we extend our thanks to Mike, Janette and staff for the use of the venue and their warm welcome as always.
Thank you also to all who helped coordinate the event, collected admissions, corrected answers, sold raffle tickets, and thanks also to those who donated prizes for the raffle and food to feed our loyal supporters. An event like this couldn’t take place without a quizmaster and we are very lucky to have Denis McCarthy who is always ready, willing and more than capable of whipping up a great selection of general knowledge topics to test our wits. A great night was had by all.

TRAINING RECOMMENCES
We are all looking forward to the upcoming season and most of our teams have started back training. Our training times are as follows:
U6 – Saturday 10am to 11am, U8 – Saturday 11am to 12, U10 – Saturday 10am to 11am, U12 – Saturday 11am to 12, U14 – Tuesday 7pm to 8pm and Saturday 12 to 1pm, U16/ Minors – Wednesday 6.30 to 7.30 and Saturday 12 to 1pm. We are always open to welcoming new players of all ages!
