DUHILL DRAMATIC SOCIETY AGM

What a fantastic year we had in 2022 returning to the stage after the pandemic and a hugely successful run with Jim Keary’s great play ‘I’m the one for you’. We did 2 charities shows in 2022 raising money for local causes The Newcastle Historical Society and a fabulous night for Sth Tipp Hospice in Duhill where we raised €3,286. A huge thanks to all who supported all our nights in Duhill and Newcastle.

Congrats to all our members and indeed the entire cast and crew involved in the recent highly successful fundraiser for Ballylooby National School. Congrats to Micheal Anglim for organising the much needed event.

Well it is time to wrap up things for 2022 and start planning for 2023. Duhill Dramatic Society will hold their AGM on Monday, 24th April in Duhill Community Hall at 8.30pm all are welcome. Please come along and help us to plan. We would be thrilled to see new faces and of course some old faces as well. We promise we won’t put you on the stage only if that is what you want but it takes a lot of people to run Duhill Dramatic Society so do come along and join a great group. Looking forward to seeing you on Monday, 24th April at 8.30pm. If anyone would like more details please contact any of the committee.
