INDOOR PLANTS Q: I have just embraced the trend for houseplants and have several dotted around the home, how can I make sure that they stay healthy all year round?
A: Good light is really important for plants to stay healthy, so make sure you move them around the home throughout the year to ensure they get the possible best light in all seasons.
The temperature of your home can also be damaging to plants – the optimum temperature for most houseplants is between 18-24 °C. If your plants start to appear small and weak, or have yellow leaves, then try adjusting the temperature slightly. To help keep your houseplants healthy use Miracle-Gro® Indoor Plant Food Concentrate weekly. The mix of essential nutrients will give you healthy strong plants with visible greener leaves all year round.
