CAPPOQUIN FIRST COMMUNIONS

Cappoquin Community Development Company was delighted to provide the Community Centre as the location for the Communion breakfast for the children and their parents and friends.

SUMMER SERVICE

Cappoquin Childcare wishes to advise that it will be providing a summer holiday service to school going children this summer. This service will run for 8 weeks from 26th June to 18th August. Application forms are available in the Cappoquin Childcare Facility and the Cappoquin Community Centre offices. The cost of the service is €175 per week or €35 per day. Preference will be given to children who wish to attend for 8 weeks and 5 days per week.

PAINTING INITIATIVE

Cappoquin Community Development Company is delighted to announce that the painting initiative for the facades of premises in the town is now open. Since the start of this initiative, we have paid a painting grant for forty properties throughout the town. This is a reminder to house owners to submit your expression of interest for this painting grant of up to €300.

If you wish to avail of the painting initiative, please drop an envelope with your name and address in the letter box at the Community Centre and we will post you out an application form with the details required. There are 8 grants available and first 8 submitted will receive the Painting Initiative payment. Householders who received this assistance in the last 2 years are not eligible to apply.

HUGE CONCERTS

A Night with the Country Stars, with a fantastic array of singers will be on stage in the Cappoquin Community Centre on 19th June. A serious night entertainment guaranteed. Tickets are available in the Cappoquin Community Centre office on 058-52747.

Due to circumstances beyond our control Nathan Carter and guests show on Saturday, 1st July has been postponed until 28th October.

CAPPOQUIN COMMUNITY CENTRE GYM

Our gymnasium is open from 8am to 9.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am to 2pm on Saturday. To book your time or become a new member or pay membership please ring or call to the office on 058-52746 or by email to cappcomdev@ gmail.com between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
