U12 RIAN FRENCH CUP FINAL

This will be between Lismore and Castlebridge Celtic who meet in Brideview Park at 6pm on Friday night. It is the Division 1 champions against the Division 2 champions so both are used to winning and we should be in for a good game.

U14 ROUND TOWER HOTEL CUP FINAL

Kilworth Celtic will meet Clashmore Ramblers in this final with a 7.30pm throw-in time as the curtain comes down on the schoolboy season for another year.

U15 CUP FINAL Brideview United 4 Ardmore 0

This game was played last Saturday afternoon in Tallow with the home side proving that bit better than an Ardmore team who got better at the game went on. Ardmore had no league to play in so were a bit rusty and they conceded twice in the opening 15 minutes with Adam Pratt putting Brideview 2-0 in front. Ardmore did play some neat football but could not break down a strong home defence. Pratt was to go on to complete a hat trick while Isaac also scored from the penalty spot.

Ardmore re-shaped their side for the second half and it paid off as Brideview failed to add to their tally, but they had done enough in the opening half to capture the Leonard Fraser Cup.

Well done to Midleton on defeating Belvedere in the Subway SFAI Cup final. It is always hard to beat Dublin opposition but things went well on the day with Midleton winning 5-1
