LADIES REPORT

On Tuesday, 23rd May the ladies played a Bring and Win singles stableford competition. Despite a lot of our members being absent on the night there was a good turnout of ladies playing. Both weather and course were perfect for the game which was enjoyed by all. Well done to Breda Kennedy who played a great game and had the best score on the night. After the game the ladies enjoyed a hot beverage and yummy cakes thanks to Nora Moriarty, our tea lady every week.

Thanks to everyone who helped on the night, it is truly appreciated. The course is looking fantastic and is in prestige condition for all upcoming events. Well done to everyone involved in looking after the course.

Best of luck to Ailish Sexton, Sarah Byrne, John Cahill, Declan Freeman and Daithi Sexton who are playing in the National Championship 2023 at the weekend. On behalf of all the ladies we would like to wish our juvenile officer Hazel Hanrahan the very best in the future and it’s great to see the juvenile section back up and running.
