U10 hurlers progress at Ballyduff Tournament
Lismore U10 hurling team have qualified for the knockout stages of the annual Ballyduff Tournament after overcoming strong challenges from Ballyduff, Watergrasshill and Fermoy. They will play Holycross/Ballycahill in the semi-final this Saturday at 10am in Ballyduff. Best of luck.
FUNDING BOOST FOR WATERFORD PROJECTS UNDER COMMUNITY RECOGNITION FUND
A much welcome funding boost has been received for the Lismore Community Centre under the Community Recognition Fund in Waterford. This will enable the upgrade of facilities in the community centre and allow our fellow clubs and associations within the town to enjoy the centre. Currently, Lismore Badminton Club, Blackwater Athletic Club, Acrobatic Rock n' Roll Irish Association, Lismore AFC Girls, Lismore Tennis Club, Eric O'Sullivan Fitness, FÁS and Lismore GAA use the centre.
