Club fixtures postponed due to weather

-

Storm Kathleen’s arrival last weekend took its toll across the division and county resulting in multiple club fixtures being postponed. Our Intermediate hurlers were due to contest St Catherines at home in the third round of the Red FM Division 4 Hurling League on Saturday evening whilst our Junior hurlers were to take on Fermoy in their opening round of the Cavanagh’s of Fermoy Division 2 Hurling League on Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately, this was the second weekend in a row that our Junior hurlers have fallen victim to the unsettled weather which will no doubt lead to a fixture headache over the coming weeks. Both fixtures will now be rescheduled for later this month.
