League tie v Ballygunner
After the first week of the all county hurling leagues were postponed last weekend due to inclement weather conditions, the second round of games will be played on Saturday, 13th April at 7pm for the intermediate hurlers versus Ballygunner down in Ballygunner. The following day, 14th April the junior team will play against Erins Own in Ballyduff at 12pm.
WATERFORD MINORS
After being beaten by Clare in the first round of the Munster minor hurling championship, the Waterford minors will be looking to bounce back with a win against Tipperary in the second round. The game will take place in Fraher Field, Dungarvan on Thursday, 11th April at 7pm. Tickets are available online or in participating centra and SuperValu outlets. Alternatively the game can be streamed on Clubber. Best wishes once again to club member Donnchadh Hickey who is on the panel and also Seamus Hannon who is part of the back room team as a coach/ selector.
SUPPORTERS’ PACKAGE
Over the past few weeks club members have been handing out supporters’ packages and as always the support for the club throughout the community has been incredible, we’d like to thank everyone who has contributed towards it.
UNDERAGE MATCHES
Well done to the U12s who beat Brickey Rangers last Friday evening in the football championship. The lads will be out again versus Kilrossanty on Friday 12th in Ballyduff with a throw-in time of 6.30pm.
