Fermoy Active Retirement gathering
Fermoy Active Retirement’s next gathering Wed, 5th June at 2.30pm in Fermoy Youth Centre, guest speaker yet to be confirmed.
Our last two gatherings proved very interesting with the audiences. Sheila O’Hanlon who is president of the Kinesiology School in Ireland enthralled the audience with her talk and demo on the volunteers from the floor, putting right their joint difficulties etc. She also recommended sea salt and Zinc for increased nutrients and good health. Sheila is based in Doneraile and is well worth a visit. Many thanks Sheila for being a very interesting guest.
At our last meeting Carmel from Carmel’s Garden Centre, Kilworth provided a very interesting and entertaining and informative afternoon.
She displayed a magnificent array of colourful pot plants. She engaged with the audience to solve their many gardening and pot planting difficulties. Carmel very kindly donated some beautiful plants for a raffle, congrats to the lucky winners.
