BRISTOL GETS SECOND TASTE OF URBAN LIFE

BRISTOL property business Urban Creations has launched its second serviced apartments operation in the city, following its first foray into the sector in Clifton.

The 16 new studio apartments, at Alison Court on Apsley Road in Clifton, are aimed at young professionals and contractors.

Its first development, Beech House, in St Pauls Road, Clifton opened two years ago and is now reporting 90% occupancy year-round.

Apartments have modern kitchens with appliances, living areas with sofas and flatscreen TVS, private bathrooms, and beds with Egyptian cotton linen. Free parking is available on site and rates start at £48 per night.
