€100K in the kitty for footpaths in Muskerry
THERE is €100,000 in the kitty for footpaths in both Blarney and Macroom and councillors are being urged to contact various engineers with their proposed list.
At the Blarney-Macroom municipal district meeting held on Friday, senior engineer, James Dwyer told the meeting that there is €50,000 for each division. “With this money now secured, I am asking councillors to get in contact with their ideas and to then a decision will be ultimately made on the programme of works going ahead,” said Mr Dwyer.
