THE LATE WILLIAM ROCHE

THE death occurred on Sunday, April 17 at Mallow General Hospital of William (Billy) Roche Tearman Ui Chaoimh, Mitchelsto­wn and late of Ballykearn­ey.

The late Billy as he was best known was in his 9lst year and was well known locally.

There was a large attendance at the removal on Tuesday evening from the Chapel of Rest Baldwin St., to the Parish Church and also at the Requiem Mass and burial on Wednesday. Interment took place to Brigown New Cemetery.

To his sister in law Nellie, nephews, nieces, grandnephe­ws, grandniece­s, great grand nephews, great grand nieces relatives, neighbours and friends we tender our sincere sympathy.

THE LATE ANN MORIARTY

THE death occurred on Monday, April 18 of Ann Moriarty, Thornhill Lawn Mitchelsto­wn.

The late Ann (Nee Hennessy) who was in ill health for a while was formerly of Curraghaki­lbran Galbally. She was predecease­d by her husband Ned and was a popular member of the farming community.

There was a large and represente­d attendance at the removal from her son Edmund’s house Kilglass on Tuesday evening and also at the Requiem Mass and burial on Wednesday in Kilbehenny. Interment took place in the adjoining cemetery.

To her sons Larry, David, Edmund, Denis, Fanahan, daughter Henrietta (Fox) sisters, son in law, daughters in law, brother in law, sisters in law, grandchild­ren, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends we tender our sincere sympathy.

THE LATE MARY KENT

THE death occurred on Thursday, April 2l of Mary Kent, Ballyarthu­r, Mitchelsto­wn.

The late Mary (Nee O’Riordan) was in her 92nd year. She was well known in the farming community being predecease­d by her husband John.

There was a large attendance at the removal on Sunday evening from the Chapel of Rest Baldwin St., to the Parish Church and also at the Requiem Mass and burial on Monday. Interment took place to Brigown New Cemetery.

To her sons John, Tim, daughter Sheila (Frewen) son in law Nicholas, daughters in law Nora and Martina, brother Joe, sisters Peggy (O’Shea) Philly (O’Donoghue) brother in law Tim, sisters in law Sr. Stanislaus and Marie (O’Riordan) grandchild­ren, nephews, nieces, relatives neighbours and friends we tender our sincere sympathy.

THE LATE NED FINN

THE death occurred on Thursday, April 24 of Edmund (Ned) Finn at Mallow General Hospital.

The late Ned of Demesne Mitchelsto­wn was very well known locally. He was predecease­d by his wife Eileen.

There was a large attendance at the removal on Saturday evening from the Chapel of Rest Baldwin St. to the Parish Church and also at the 12md Mass on Sunday. Interment took place to the adjoining cemetery.

To his sons Richard, Gerard, daughters Edith (Allen) Helen, Katrina (Cudmore) Majella (Cott) sons in law, daughters in law, grandchild­ren brothers, sisters, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives neighbours and friends we tender our sincere sympathy.

THE LATE BILLY GEARY

THE death occurred on Saturday, April 23 at Fermoy Community Hospital of Billy Geary, 48 Robert St. and formerly of Kilglass, Mitchelsto­wn.

The late Billy was well known locally. There was a large attendance at the removal on Monday evening from O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home Kilbehenny to Mitchelsto­wn Parish Church and also at the Requiem Mass and burial on Tuesday.

Interment took place to the adjoining cemetery.

To his brother Pa, sisters Kay and Ann, sister in law Nellie, brother in law Howard, nephews, nieces Godson Roger, grandnephe­ws, grandniece­s, relatives neighbours and friends we tender our sincere sympathy.
