All systems go at SPAR Kanturk
IT’S all systems go in SPAR Kanturk these days with a combination of the new fresh ‘ Better Choices’ range, and the addition of local suppliers, some examples are Castlecor Potatoes, and Cathal Cronin and Jack McCarthy Meats. The feedback from customers regarding the new improvements has been extremely positive.
Since the launch of SPAR Kanturk, Tommy and his team have been absolutely delighted at the extent of positive customer reaction to the improved fresh food, and the general look and feel of the store. “The reaction to the new SPAR Premium range has exceeded all of our expectations. We are delighted with the strength of the SPAR brand and the product range we are obtaining for our customers” Tommy said.
Everyone is impressed with the new extended range of top brands throughout the shop, and the recent addition of Subway and Costa Coffee continues to drive the success of the new store. Tommy is very pleased that on returning to SPAR Kanturk, he has found that the work ethic, commitment, and overall good will amongst the team is creating a very positive experience for all concerned, and thereby elevating the overall store to a new and even higher standard.
Aspel’s SPAR is also committed to supporting the local community and as part of this exciting launch, some local winners have been Castlemagner GAA, Kanturk GAA, with the Kanturk Soccer Club and Ladies Rugby following on in the near future.
National Grocery Store Manager of the Year Awards
Tommy was delighted with the feedback from the Retailer Magazine ‘Shelflife’ at his recent interview for National Grocery Store Manager of the Year Awards, and everybody at Aspel’s SPAR wish him the best of luck in the forthcoming competition. The Panel was very impressed with the overall management and standards within the premises. To this end, Tommy reinforces the value of the excellent work done by the team around him.
