BAZAAR NA NOLLAG

The annual Bazaar na Nollag will take place on this Sunday, December 4, starting at 2.30 p.m. with the arrival of Daidí na Nollag. There will be many stalls, some old, some new, with lots of entertainment and enjoyment guaranteed. Tickets for the raffle of attractive prizes are in circulation throughout the parish since last week and further tickets can be had at the Bazaar. The raffle draw will take place at the conclusion of the Bazaar, just after the auction. As always, the proceeds will go to Parish Funds, so all support at this fundraising and social event, is really appreciated.

Tá Comharchumann Forbartha Mhúscraí ag tabhairt cuireadh do gach coiste, club agus grúpa pobail teacht go cruinniú in Aire na nÓg, Cill na Martra ar an Mháirt, 6ú Mí na Nollag a7: 30in, chun todhchaí ár Gaeltacht a phlé.

All committees, clubs and community group are invited by Comharchumann Forbartha Mhúscraí to a meeting in Aire na Óg, Cill na Martra at 7.30 p.m. to discuss the future of our Gaeltacht.

Beidh an cruinniú do Phobal Réidh na nDoirí ar an Déardaoin, 8ú Mí na Nollag san Ionad Áise ag 7: 30in.

Pobal Réidh na nDoirí are invited to a similar meeting in the Ionad Áise, Reidh na nDoirí on Thursday, December 8 also at 7.30 p.m.

EUROPEAN BOXING MEDAL

Míle comhghairdeas to our boxing heroine, Cristín Ní Dheasúna, who brought a Bronze European Elite Boxing medal back to Cill na Martra, the only Irish win at these competitions in Sofia, Bulgaria. Cristín narrowly missed out in the semi-final, losing it in a split decision. However Cristín set a record, becoming the third Irish lady to win medals
