DANIEL (DJ) MCCARTHY R.I.P.

THE death took place on Wednesday, April 27 of Daniel McCarthy at the Cairn Hill Nursing Home, Bray.

Formerly of Mallow, Daniel lived in Dublin and is predecease­d by his wife, Nuala, and survived by his sons Justin, Rory and Cormac, daughter Mary, family and friends.

Requiem Mass was celebrated in St. Mary’s Church at 12noon on Saturday, April 29 followed by burial in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.

We extend our since sympathy to the McCarthy family.

PATRICK O’LEARY R.I.P.

THE death took place on Sunday, May 7 of Patrick O’Leary at Cork University Hospital.

From Canon Sheehan Place, Doneraile, Patrick was a Dairygold (Mallow) milk delivery lorry driver for many years before his retirement some years ago.

He is predecease­d by his infant son Padraig and survived by his wife, Kathleen (nee Hennessy) son John, daughters Margaret (McAuliffe), Patricia (O’Callaghan), brothers, sisters, relatives, friends and kind neighbours.

Requiem Mass was celebrated in the Church of the Nativity Of The Blessed Virgin Mary, Doneraile on Wednesday, May 10 at 2pm with burial afterwards in Oldcourt Cemetery, Doneraile.
