CHRISTMAS MARKET

Sunday, December 2, is the annual Christmas Market Day in the Pearse Memorial Hall where over 20 stalls will display a variety of products mostly homemade ranging from soaps to cider, the aroma alone at the market is so pleasant. There will also be raffles and Santa’s grotto from the SuperValu with the man himself on hand to greet the young boys and girls. More details next week. Presentati­on of cheque €1065.00 by Fergal Kelleher to Ms.Judith Kelleher Epilepsy Ireland from fund raising game played on St.Stephens Day. Married V Single game was organised by Fergal and Yvonne Kelleher in memory of much loved club man James O Callaghan RIP who sadly passed away at a young age. Accepting the donation Ms Kelleher thanked the organisers for the generous amount raised. Donal O Callaghan brother of James thanked the club and especially the organisers for rememberin­g James. RIP.
