THE fifth-year LCVP at McEgan College fund-raised for Cork Simon Community by having a stand at the Christmas Market in the Square, Macroom, last Saturday. This is part of their compulsory core item of LCVP, The Enterprise Action Plan. The students

(picturedleft) had previously availed of a very informative talk from Niamh Quinn from the Simon Community and how the charity works. The students have been busy preparing Christmas gifts for sale such as bon bon jars, a bake sale and raffle.

All proceeds will go to the Simon Community.
