Glen­lo­hane fea­tured in ‘Eques­trian Life’

THE New York pub­lish­ers Riz­zoli have re­cently re­leased a beau­ti­ful cof­fee ta­ble book called ‘Eques­trian Life’.

It is a se­ries of photos of 20 very tra­di­tional stabling fa­cil­i­ties and their great houses in the Bri­tish Isles, with a fore­word by Lord Water­ford and photos of his beau­ti­ful Cur­ragh­more. Five Ir­ish fa­cil­i­ties have been cho­sen for in­clu­sion, in­clud­ing our own Glen­lo­hane, Kan­turk along with strik­ing photos of the Duhal­low Hounds.

It is avail­able from Ama­zon UK for prices be­tween £23 and £26 sterling. Depending upon their con­tracted sup­plier, you may re­quire an AnPost ‘ vir­tual UK ad­dress’.

The lo­cal Scouts had a Stand at the Kan­turk Men’s Shed Christ­mas Mar­ket.

There were lots of helpers on the Kil­brin Na­tional School Stand.A Christ­mas Mar­ket will be held at the School on Thurs­day, Dec. 20th at 7pm.
