Now that 2018 has passed, GAA clubs as well as other sporting organisations are looking forward to the year ahead. For the local GAA club, 2018 was again another successful year – back to back Junior A championship titles, Ducon Cup champions for the fifth year in a row, County A league champions and Duhallow Junior B League winners.

So, whatever the pundits say, Boherbue footballers first ambition in 2019 should be to win a third successive Duhallow Championship title for the first time in the club’s history.

A county title after that if it can be achieved is a bonus and an honour of course but being kings of your own patch ‘Duhallow’
