PARADE

This Sunday is St Patrick’s Day and everyone is invited to participate in the annual parade which commences after the 11am Mass.

Led by the Cullen Pipe Band, Grand Marshal St Patrick and flag bearers, the parade will commence at the East End and proceed to the Square where each participant will be introduced to the public.

As usual, shamrock will be available free of charge in the vicinity of the Church prior to Mass and afterwards you are all invited to the hall for light refreshments and top class entertainment.

The village will be decorated for the occasion and alive with music from early morning over the public address system. Organisations, businesses and clubs have been busy preparing for this the 35th annual parade in Boherbue. Make it a special one!

JUBILEE

This year the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Boherbue celebrates its golden jubilee and to mark the occasion, a special Mass will be celebrated on Friday, May 24 at 7.30pm followed by a gathering in the hall where light refreshments will be served and lots of memorabilia relating to the building will be on display.

In relation to this you are asked to check your albums and any items received for this display will be returned afterwards.
