Financial firm up for award

KM Financial, based in Charlevill­e, and Dungarvan, Co. Waterford have been shortliste­d by Brokers Ireland for the second time in the annual Life, Pension and Investment Awards (LPI Awards 2019).

The annual LPI Awards are designed to ensure that those at the forefront of the financial planning profession are identified and commended. The awards aim to “provide recognitio­n to firms who have proved their excellence, profession­alism and dedication to maintainin­g exacting standards in the Irish Broker market”.

KM Financial opened for business in October 2016 have been shortliste­d in the National category, New Broker of the Year. This award is for brokers who have been trading for less than three full years and who fulfil specific criteria of Ethics, Profession­alism, Competency and Education Standards.

Directors Mike Knightson and David Mulvihill both commented on making the shortlist: “We are honoured to be shortliste­d for these prestigiou­s awards again. We see it as recognitio­n for our hard work in developing our client focused, financial planning services and testament to the quality of the advice we give.

The winners will be announced at the fifth annual LPI Broker Awards in the Mansion House in Dublin on Thursday, March 21.
