Plastic bags will be supplied and we would welcome and encourage everyone to attend. Bring the kids along by all means as this project is as much educational as it is practical.

KILBRIN GRAVEYARD

It has come to our attention that dogs litter is being left in the graveyard in Kilbrin and also someone is still leaving hedging in plastic bags. There is a team of dedicated people putting in huge work throughout the year to keep the graveyard clean and presentable.

Cleaning up dog litter and other peoples hedge cuttings however, is something that they should not have to do. We would plead with people to be considerate and clean up their own dog litter, or better again don’t bring the dog at all. We would also ask whoever is dumping hedge cuttings to stop. This is a cherished place for many people in the community so please keep it in mind when visiting.

We would like not to have to write this message again so we are asking that people are respectful of their fellow visitors and the place itself.
