Sadness at passing of Kathleen Kilmartin (née Chamberlain)

THE death occurred on September 15 at her residence of 31 O’Neill Crowley Terrace, Mitchelstown, of Kathleen Kilmartin (née Chamberlain). The late Kathleen was well-known locally. She was a prominent bingo player at TO Park. She was predeceased by her husband, Paddy. Her popularity was borne out in the large and represented attendance that were present at her removal on Tuesday evening from the Chapel of Rest, Baldwin Street, to the Parish Church.

This was also the case at the Requiem Mass and burial on Wednesday.

Interment took place to the adjoining cemetery.
