AT Kanturk Credit Union we pride ourselves on putting the needs of our members first. In times of need, our members have always turned to Kanturk Credit Union for support, and during the Covid-19 pandemic we aim to provide our members with the best support possible.

You will find a listening ear, a reassuring voice and you will be dealing with someone who will do what they can to provide you with the support that you need.

The Government has designated credit unions as an essential service during the pandemic. This is both a recognition and an obligation for us. It is recognition that as credit union members face financial difficulties resulting from the current pandemic, we are an essential community support and financial platform.

A reminder to our members that our office will remain open and steps have been taken to ensure service continuity while continuing to follow HSE and Government advice and guidelines. Temporary opening hours are as follows: Monday - 9:30am-3:00pm Tuesday - 9:30am-3:00pm Wednesday - CLOSED Thursday - 9:30am-3:00pm Friday - 9:30am-3:00pm Saturday - CLOSED

PLEASE NOTE: Staff will be present in the office as normal from 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday answering phone calls, taking payments over the phone via debit card and for all other queries our members may have.

In line with this advice, and in the interests of member and staff safety, we would ask that members only attend our office where it is essential to do so. If you are in any doubt please contact us in advance at 029-50276 or email info@kanturkcu.ie where a staff member will advise you.

Almost all financial transactions such as withdrawals, lodgements or applying for a loan, etc. can be carried out without you ever having to leave your home or workplace. All members can make loan repayments and lodge savings using their debit card. Our staff will assist and advise you on the best option to complete your transaction.
