THE LATE NOEL DE BRUN (BROWNE)

The death occurred on August 6 in England of Noel De Brun, (Browne) Hemel Hempstead (London) and formerly of Main St Killavulle­n. The late Noel was well known in the Killavulle­n area.

His funeral arrangemen­ts will be known at a later date. To his wife Emma, daughter Lauren, son J J. mother Carmel, brothers Tom, Des & Joe, sister Ita, sisters in law Majella, Louise, Clodagh, mother in law Maureen, father in law Jim, brother in law Sean, Sean’s wife Lee-Anne, nephews, nieces, relatives neighbours and friends we tender our sincere sympathy.

THE LATE JOSEPH FOGARTY

The death occurred on August 8 at Milford Hospice Limerick of Joseph (Joe) Fogarty, Kilglass, Mitchelsto­wn. The late Joe had been ill for a short while. He was a member of a well known family over a wide area. In accordance with Government guidelines and HSE regulation­s regarding public gatherings his funeral was held in private.

Requiem Mass was held in Anglesboro Church with burial to the Church Grounds. To his mother Teresa, brothers Michael & Noel, sisters Mairead ( Walsh) Hannah (Casey) Tess (Murray) nieces, nephews, brothers in law, sister in law, relatives, neighbours and friends we tender our sincere sympathy.

THE LATE SHEILA KIRWAN (NEE GOWEN)

The death occurred on August 8 at St Patrick’s Hospital Fermoy of Sheila Kirwan (Nee Gowen) The late Shiela was in her 94th year. She was a member of a well known family in the Fermoy area, being predecease­d by her husband Paddy, brothers Derry, Fr. Declan, John.

In accordance with Government guidelines and HSE regulation­s regarding public gatherings her funeral was held privately.

Requiem Mass was held on Tuesday in the Church of the Immaculate Conception Terryglass with burial to the adjoining cemetery. To her nephew Diarmuid, nieces Orla (Morrisson) Sinead, sister in law Kathleen, nieces in law Mary (Gowen) Mary Whelan, Richard & Eoin Morrisson, The Whelan family, Amy Dempsey, relatives neighbours and friends we tender our sincere sympathy.

THE LATE PATRICK (PADDY) CANNING

The death occurred on August 6 of Patrick (Paddy) Canning at St. Patrick’s Community Hospital Fermoy. The late Paddy was formerly of John Anderson Place Fermoy and a native of Rathcormac.

He was a popular member of the local community. In accordance with Government guidelines and HSE regulation­s regarding public gatherings his funeral was held privately at Ronayne’s Funeral Home Fermoy on Sunday with reception into St Patrick’s Church Fermoy on Monday for Requiem Mass.

Interment took place to Kilcrumper New Cemetery.

To his wife Eileen (Nee Herbert) son Pat, daughter Catherine (Broderick) son in law Eoin, daughter in law Martina, grandchild­ren Clodagh, Zara, Ryan, brother in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, extended family neighbours and friends we tender our sincere sympathy.

THE LATE DENIS (DENNY) TWOMEY

The death occurred at the Mercy Hospital Cork on August 6 of Denis (Denny) Twomey, Hambleden, Strawhall, Fermoy. The late Denis was well known locally. He was predecease­d by his wife Mary (Nee Walsh)

His funeral was held in private due to Government guidelines and HSE regulation­s regarding public gatherings at Ronayne’s Funeral Home Fermoy on Friday with reception into St. Patrick’s Church Fermoy on Saturday for Requiem Mass.

Interment took place to Kilcrumper New Cemetery. To his sons Denis, John, Brian, daughters Ann ( Walsh) Marian, Jean, brother Moss, son in law Murt, daughters in law Annette, Orla, Marian, sisater in law Kathleen, also Helen & Joe, grandchild­ren, great grandchild­ren, relatives, neighbours and friends we tender our sincere sympathy.

THE LATE PATRICIA (PATTIE) WALSH

The death occurred on August 8 of Patricia (Patty) Walsh (Nee Lysaght) Brough, Doneraile. The late Patricia was very well known in her local area. In accordance with Government guidelines and HSE regulation­s regarding public gatherings her funeral was held privately with Requiem Mass on Monday in Doneraile.

To her daughters Liz, Eleanor, Irene, Gerry, sister Rene, sons in law, John, David Tom, & Feroz, grandchild­ren Tom, Annie, Sean Caithlin, Emma, Cianaigh, Cian, Ava, grandson Rory, brothers in law Eddie, Dan, nieces, nephews Eilish, Brid, Clare, Seamus, Michael, relatives neighbours and friends we tender our sincere sympathy.

THE LATE JEREMIAH O’CONNOR

The death occurred on August 3 at Cork University Hospital of Jeremiah (Des) O’Connor, Castlesaff­ron, Doneraile.

The late Jeremiah was a very popular member of the local community. His funeral was held in private in accordance with Government guidelines and HSE regulation­s regarding public gatherings. To his sisters Margaret, Mary, Monica, brother John family, uncles, aunts, brothers in law sister in law, nieces, nephews relatives neighbours and friends we tender our sincere sympathy.
