Put your skills on the map

AS we try to reboot the economy, Irish company Abodoo – a talent-mapping platform aiming to help people and businesses to find opportunities, connect, and work together – says it is helping to put County Cork on the map.

The company is currently running a campaign with Cork County Council to develop a skills map of the Rebel county. Today, they’re calling on the people of Cork to register for their talent-mapping platform and be in with the chance of winning a One4All voucher worth €100. Participants must sign up for Abodoo’s platform and refer someone else to take part. Those who enter will also get the opportunity to have “their say in building a future that suits their needs”.

“Our Talent Heat Mapping technology, the company said, will also help Cork County Council to make better planning decisions, such as where to place digital hubs, new housing units and other amenities to best suit the future of work,” said Abodo CEO Vanessa Tierney.
