TREE OF HOPE

Fr. Leader will recite prayers at Kilbrin Cemetrey, at 8pm on Friday 11th September, for all our loved ones who lost their life through suicide, and for those suffering from mental illness. Everyone Welcome.

Result: Kilbrin played Rockchapel in JBFC at Kilbrin on Sunday last resulting in a scoreline of Kilbrin 1-09 Rockchapel 0-13.

Fixtures: JBHC Kilbrin v Banteer on Saturday Aug 22nd in Kilbrin at 7pm.

COMMUNITY COUNCIL AGM

The community council AGM will be held in the community centre on 26th August at 8.30pm. We would like to invite everyone along to this meeting which has been delayed due to Covid 19. Please note that the meeting will be held in accordance to HSE guidelines and social distancing will be maintained.

COMMUNITY CENTRE

We are at the final stages of planning for works in the community centre. This work will include upgrade of meeting rooms and kitchen area’s and much needed upgrade of all of the lighting throughout the centre. This will add greater efficiency to the running of the centre, reducing costs for us and doing our bit to reduce the environmental impact.

VILLAGE RENEWAL

Huge thanks to the village renewal committee on their ongoing work throughout the village. Flowerbeds and hanging baskets everywhere you look. There has also been much painting completed in the last few weeks. It is absolutely great to see the village looking so well.
