NEW BUSINESS
Local woodwork craftsman, Conor Mac Sweeney and Lauralice are opening their Studio in Carraig a Phúca on this Friday, August 21, at 3 p.m. Trading under Tábla Design, they will showcase their woodwork creations and furniture designs. Also on display will be other crafts, all made locally. All are invited to this new exciting venture on the N22. It takes a lot of courage to set up a business and best wishes go to this enterprising couple.
Another new, local venture began trading last week at the Mons Bar on the N22. Paul’s Chipper had a busy day on Friday, August 14, cooking and selling tasty, fast food at reasonable rates. Again, it is good to see local enterprise alive and well and it deserves lots of support. Best wishes also to this business.
