Jackie Daly and Liam Casey Competitions~Eugene O Sullivan and Ned Kelleher had a last shot win over Dean Sexton and Veronica O Mahony and had a similar win over Daniel O Sullivan and Clifford Flynn. Veronica O Mahony teamed up with Joanne Murphy to record a bowl of odds win over Maurice Cashman and Joan~Ann Kelleher. Robbie Flynn and John Breen had a bowl of odds to spare over Keven Flynn and Aaron Mackey.

SYMPATHY

The passing of Seamie Crowley of the Barrs Social Bowling club in Cork, has come as a great loss to the bowling world.

Well respected as a champion of the social bowling clubs, he was also one of the main organisers of the Barrs Social Club, which now has quite a large membership, thanks to his efforts and others with him.

A good novice player in his younger days, he had a great passion for the sport and was always willing to promote the game.

The bowling fraternity would like to extend their deepest sympathies to his family, neighbours and many friends. May he rest in peace.
