Katie can handle affairs but not the pain of turning 37

WHAT with the shock discovery of her stripper husband’s affair with her best friend, Katie Price is not having an easy time of it. To add to her woes, she is about to turn 37 and in no mood to celebrate. ‘Katie’s more aware of getting closer to 40 and becoming a mum of five,’ says an insider. ‘She feels she’s losing her youth.’ It might be a shock to Katie to realise she’s no longer sweet 16, but to those who’ve watched her transforma­tion from Jordan, the balloon-breasted glamour model, to flintyeyed queen of celebrity merchandis­e, it certainly is not.
