A Song From Dead Lips

This excellent debut thriller is set in London during 1968. Cathal Breen is an ambitious young copper charged with clearing up the murder of a teenager in Maida Vale. Thrown off balance by the death of his father and the arrival of a new female partner at work, Breen finds himself making uncharacteristic mistakes.

The search for the girl’s killer takes him from Soho to the wilds of Cornwall, until he discovers that the solution lies closer to home than he realised.
