Henshaw has time
ROBBIE HENSHAW should feel no lasting pain beyond missing out on a tour of Argentina. Suggestions that his chance to audition for life as the new Brian O’Driscoll has passed are sensationalist. He could have made a useful impression on Joe Schmidt this month but at the age of 20, he has time to do that still.
There will be no long-term replacement for O’Driscoll. Instead, form and fitness will dictate selection as the golden generation slip away and the days of one man filling a shirt for a decade go with them.
