Danny’s new mystery love interest revealed as Brazilian model he met on the set of his latest music video
IT seems the way to Danny O’Donoghue’s heart is to bag yourself a role in his next music video.
The Script’s lead singer is making a habit of falling for women he works alongside. His latest love interest is Anne de Paula, a Brazilian model who starred in the video for the band’s single, ‘No Good In Goodbye’.
The couple have been described as ‘inseparable’ since they met, and just last week were spotted arriving at Hyde Park’s Winter Wonderland hand in hand.

coy when asked if they were dating but said: “He’s very nice. I met him through work.’”
The loved-up pair were standing in the VIP drinks area drinking mulled wine when they were seen together.
‘They were in a group of about four to five other people, their friends, but Danny and Anne were particularly close and he often had his arm around her waist,’ the source added.
‘They were very tactile and appeared intimate. Danny was leaning right in and whispering in her ear. They looked like a couple, definitely more than friends’.
Dubliner Danny, 34, was most recently linked to Bo Bruce, after he mentored her through BBC’s The Voice.
In the video for ‘ No Good In Goodbye’ Danny is seen dancing around Anne who is standing among a group of girls with her eyes closed. He sings in her ear, ‘If I could turn back time I would re-write those lines’.
Anne then opens her eyes as Danny strokes her face before kissing her on the lips.
On Thursday, the model tweeted an image of her in the video and said: ‘Check out “No Good In Goodbye” video that I did with The Script… well done guys! Love it.’
Speaking at the Winter Wonderland launch, the singer admitted he likes people assuming he’s an alcoholic because he’s Irish.
‘I’m drinking my wine out of a pint cup. All you have to do is mention The Script and you’re sorted,’ he said. ‘Being Irish means every- one thinks you’re an alcoholic so they give you loads when they see you and that suits me just fine. I came here last year and got so drunk that I didn’t even make it past the arrivals. I’m trying to last a bit longer this year.’
He also claimed he was banned from the rides for being too tall.
‘I want to go on the rides but I’m too tall for a lot of them, literally. I’m 6’4 which means for health and safety reasons I’m not allowed to have as much as fun as short people. I once went to China and was banned from going on their rides – but then people are generally smaller over there.’
